Got a sub-par haircut but I always leave a tip no matter so I paid cash and she gave me a $10 back, so I asked for her to break it for me so that I could give her a tip and she gave me a five back and kept the other. I wanted to get my hair done and one of the Works said to come back in a hour that she was going to talk to the manager and how to do my hair if you work in a Salon you have to know how to work with different tape of hair they should update the workers at Bainbridge GA. And also there was no one in the Salon. And also told me they couldn’t help that day and it was only 11am .it sad to be treated that way.

I took my daughter to get her hair cut. I told her exactly what i wanted and she started cutting her hair. I asked if she could cut more of an angle on her bangs and she said “Can i do my hair cut?” and had attitude in her voice. So she finishes my daughter’s hair. While walking around walmart i notice her hair isn’t cut at an angle like i asked except straight across which is now going to be hard to fix do to how short her hair is. Not only that one side of her head is cut and layered while the other side is long and cut across. In the back the side thats cut is short while the other side is long. I pretty much paid for her to cut only half my daughter’s hair and completely mess up the other side making it really hard to fix inless i let my daughter have really short hair which isn’t what i wanted at all. She pretty much didn’t care what i asked for and decided to do the cut she felt like which is only half her head. I will never go back there again!! The only good that happened was i was going to ask her to cut my hair after she finished woman waiting behind us (which is why we walked around walmart) but decided against it because of how my daughter’s hair looked. My daughter didn’t move at all either. The woman was actually bragging about how she was holding still so i know she can’t blame it on that.
