First of all I see that there’s a problem with natural hair there when coming in to do a virgin perm. I brought my daughter in to get a virgin perm because the skinny lady with the shirt hair said come in. When I hit there she saw that my daughter had a lot of hair to perm and backed out by claiming she was full and claiming she thought the other lady was gonna do it which is not true. If you feel that natural hair is to much for you to perm you should not be a beautician cause perming hair is apart of being a hair stylist no matter how much hair a person have she needs to find another field to work in.

One of the worst experiences ever! I have natural hair and this was the first time straightening my hair, so I called and asked if they did natural hair, they said yes. First, the lady that was doing my hair was really rough with my head, by the time she finished washing my hair my neck was killing me. Second, when she blow dried my hair she didn’t use the comb piece to the dryer so when my hair dried it was super tangled and dry. Third, she tried to detangle my hair while it was dry and she burnt me at least three times. I told her to stop and I’ll just pay for the wash, so I left with half of my hair halfway done and I’m sure I have heat damage.

One acted like a little girl when my wife finally agreed to let her do highlights after she had been pestering her about how good it would look for 20 minutes. We then found out she had no idea how to do it… I asked for a simple hight and tight and like everyone else in this town, I got a fade.
