I called and made appointment for 1 pm. I got there 10 mins early. So when I walked in someone did check me in. And told me that it would be 10 min cause the woman who was supposed to my hair was finishing up on a hair cut. No problem I walked with my daughter. So the lady who supposed to do my has done it before. It wasn’t the best experience but I got through the appointment. So I’m just going to talk about this experience so the woman had her son there and it took her 10 almost 15 minutes to clean the air after the cut then she walked out the salon for about 15 more minutes came in sit down . I waited with my daughter. Still not one acknowledgment from the lady who’s supposed to do my hair the whole entire time she didn’t even look me in my eyes didn’t say one word everybody else that worked in that salon new that I was there waiting. This employee has the worst kind of attitude. From what I experienced from the first time the rest of the employees are scared of and she do what she want to do. If you guys don’t change the way she approach customers in her attitude in the shop you going to lose customers. I have so much more to say about my experience the two times I was there about this one particular employee but I said enough will not be coming there anymore since I’m always scheduled to that particular employee

Brought my son to get his haircut, told the lady we want a traditional boy cut with the 1 on the sides and 3 on top. She buzzed straight down the center of his head! When asked why she done this she said it was what I asked for which it absolutely was NOT! My son left in tears! She showed no accountability whatsoever. I’m beyond upset at the lack of professionalism that was shown!

Very friendly to me and my daughter! They did great on her hair as well and we didn’t feel judged in any way at all. (We like vivid colors over here and sometimes are in the fading process and look a hot mess for a min lol) but the lady was so nice and stayed with us the entire time.

So far, when I go to SmartStyle, I get what I want when it comes to getting my hair cut. Take a picture of what you want done. It makes it so much easier on the beautician and it is more accurate to what you want. 4th time, and I got a haircut that suits my style. (The blonde was there from previous dye and growth)

The wait was over 30 minutes for my trim. My hair is very straight and I just had 4 inches cut off the ends. I asked for it to be beveled under. It was cut crooked and not beveled at all. I was very disappointed with my cut. Also the “complimentary” services of wash and massage was never offered to me or my daughter. We spent almost $80 there and we won’t be returning or referring anyone there. My daughter did at least receive a decent coloring on her hair. The attached pic is of my hair.

Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I called and made the appointment I made sure they had the shampoo I could use on my hair based off my skin and hair problems. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo my boyfriend went to get his hair cut today and the woman was so careless and marked him up bad. And cut his hair waaayyy shorter than he asked for. I don’t know if this will let me post pictures or not but if it would I’d post them! And the simple haircut cost 22.00 dollars!!!
