The salon at 1621 Highway 15 N in Laurel, MS is complete crap!! I was told they could cut my hair the way I have had it for 29 years. When they finished it was butchered!!! I wound up having to shave my head and they still charged me!!!! After contacting the GM over the store I received a refund but still have a bald head to deal with!!! They were extremely rude on top of it all!! Please avoid this location if you like your hair!!!!

Horribly rude stylist!! I was asked to come back in thirty minutes, came back and she didn’t want to take my name down for the waiting list. I complained till she put me on the waiting list, then waited 30 more minutes. During my wait one of the very rude stylist was complaining about me to her client. Finally got my daughter’s name called and another rude stylist refused to trim her hair. She said she had lice, which was clearly just her psoriasis flaring up. She should not be allowed to cut hair if she can’t tell the difference between lice and psoriasis!! I have never been treated so rude in my life and I have already made a phone call to the corporate office.

Went online chose a 12:45 slot for my son’s hair cut. Get into the parking lot, when the lady calls and says it will be 2 hours. What is the point of the online app. No point at all !! I will be finding somewhere else to go.
