I got BUTCHERED yesterday in the salon Smart Style . The girl started cutting my hair before I ever told her what I wanted. She just started cutting. It is horrible. I don’t know what I’m going to do to fix it. I’m devestated. Please don’t go here for a solution. Because the only solution would be getting is chopped up hair. It’s not even a style. . And she SHAVED my freakin neck in the back. Like I said she started cutting before she even asked me .

I had an appointment at 3:30 with Meka. When I arrived at 3:27 she was with another customer. During this time Keri did my eyebrows. Two other people came in. At 4:45 I went to inquire on his much longer it would be and Meka had a different customer that had just walked in, in her chair cutting his hair. This unprofessional dog didn’t even have the courtesy to say she was running behind or inquire if I would like to reschedule. I should have heeded the previous reviews about her lack of professionalism. She wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge me while the other stylist made apologies for her lack of. I hope Smart style reads these reviews and finds a better qualified professional to represent their Brand. I’m not from the area but working here temporarily and this was the worst treatment ever.
