I got a haircut and silk press today the cost 108.00. By the time I got home press gone the cut was unacceptable. I really need a return or I will take the lose of giving Walmart 108.00 never again this really hurt my pocket. I am very disappointed it’s 6 hours later and looks like I never been to a salon. My before was 100 times better than my after. Walmart SUCKS and takes your hard earn money.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLakeya was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was upset because I have naturally curly hair and she didn’t want to wash my hair. I requested that she wash my scalp after I noticed all she was doing was shampooing the ends of my hair and she claimed she shampooed it 3 times. She literally asked me “why I don’t wash my hair myself?” Or “since I can’t manage it ‘why don’t I relax it?’” She made me feel unwelcomed during my visit and was extremely defensive when I showed her my scalp was still dirty she instructed me to “scratch it myself” and “if you scratch it of course stuff will come up”. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a salon. I told the stylist if she didn’t want to wash my hair she should just say that instead of being resentful towards me.
