Critical: Professionalism, PunctualitySo I had an appointment at 5 o’clock , i show up and they tell me to reschedule because the lady is too busy. I’m not sure what kind of place sets appointments, just to tell the appointments that they are too busy to finish a hair trim 2 hours before closing. So I had an appointment at 5 o’clock , i show up and they tell me to reschedule because the lady is too busy. I’m not sure what kind of place sets appointments, just to tell the appointments that they are too busy to finish a hair trim 2 hours before closing. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueDonchel was one of the best Stylist at smart style Southaven, sad to see she doesnt work there anymore. Felicia judge was absolutely one of the rudest people I have met. Always has an attitude with costumers and on her phone. She was even rude talking to her workers and belittling them in front of costumers. The management at southhaven smartstyles as been bad the last few years. Always has an attitude with costumers and on her phone. She was even rude talking to her workers and belittling them in front of costumers.
