Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went in for a hair cut. First off It said they closed at 7 online and the guy very rudly said theres a small sign on the door that says 6 and I was like ok I’d like a haircut, he then said no anyway literally NO ONE was in the store so I asked why he couldn’t take me the last 20 min when it literally take 10 min to do cause I just wanted a trim. He would even let me finish and just kept interrupting me and saying I’m not taking any more hair vuts we close at 6. He was very rude and didnt even great me when I walked in. She instantly greeted me professionally, she dyed my hair blonde and trimmed the ends. I love it and everyone do too. I will defiantly recommend VJ for any hair style or color change you will not be disappointed. I recently went to this salon in hope for a color change. I was introduced by this sweet person name VJ. She instantly greeted me professionally, she dyed my hair blonde and trimmed the ends. I love it and everyone do too. I will defiantly recommend VJ for any hair style or color change you will not be disappointed. If I could I’d give no stars. I walked in with my hair blown out and there was only one lady. She claimed to know how to cut/style black hair, so I sat down. And she proceeds to comb through my thick hair with a fine tooth comb, and starts cutting my ends without extra heat added to further stretch out my hair. She cuts my hair off and charges my 15.97 for just cutting my ends. I come home to straighten my hair and I have pieces to my ear and other pieces down to my arm pitts. It took me 2 years to grown my hair out and it took that woman 5 minutes to destroy all of that. So moral of the story is I wouldn’t trust getting your “black” hair done by anyone who isn’t black in that facility. Because with the experience I had, the woman I had took my money knowing she messed my hair up. So now I have to go to a real salon to fix the mess she made.
