Set appointment for my son to get a haircut almost a week in advance. Had to leave work early as I live out of town. Made it there and the stylist said she’s “running behind” and asked us to have a seat. She was the only one there and she was assisting only one person…we waited…for an hour. I asked how long it might take before it is my son’s turn. She said “it may be a while” I asked how long that would be, 30 minutes, an hour? She said it could be longer than an hour. We went shopping inside Walmart and came back and she said it would still be a while. So, the moral of the story is she didn’t say that she might be an hour or more UNTIL I ASKED HER. She was just going to let us sit there as long as it took I guess. I’m glad I took off of work early, drove down there to a worthless appointment and lost an hour of my life and ended up leaving. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI asked about getting a haircut. The lady said I was next I asked how long till she would be ready. She said 10-15 minutes. I arrived back at the shop in 12 minutes. One person was washing someone’s hair the other person had finished up with the client she had when she said I was next. She had just started cutting someone else’s hair. I stood in the door for another 15 minutes and she never acknowledged I was there then I left. I will NOT EVER go back to this place. Just don’t have consider coming here. I made an appoint for highlights. They accepted four other people while I was sitting and waiting for my turn. Then I requested just plain ok high lights and I was told no and had to get all over or nothing because my stylist admitted she has been out of school for so lokng she doesnt know how to do it and her co worker said it will take a long time and I leave at 3 so I’m not doing it.
