Really professional and friendly atmosphere. I go here specifically to get Katie to cut my hair, at this point she knows exactly what I want done without asking. If you are a new customer they make sure to make you comfortable and happy with the services that they provide you with . If you have any questions about products for your hair they are more than happy to help you and extremely knowledgeable . I always go to the one in Savannah now because I have good service with them. Tiffany totally exceeded my expectations. After being told it was impossible at other salons, she did an AMAZING job with my hair. She did exactly what I had asked(teal and blue two tone hair) and was friendly and talked me through the process as she went to make sure we were always on the same page. 100% recommend Tiffany for all your “crazy” fashion color needs.UPDATE:Tiffany totally did it again! About 2 months ago I went to her for teal and blue hair and she totally rocked it! This time, I was done with the wild color when my roots got to growing out too long. I went in and asked if it was possible to go back red(expecting a no after consulting beautician friends) and she worked something close to a miracle. She was able to take me from two toned to red WITHOUT BLEACH. I was amazed. As always, 100% recommend her for all your haircare needs. Also, the whole staff there at the Savannah Smartstyle really have each other’s backs and always communicate their concerns and ideas with each other if they are trying something particularly complex. They always walk me through the process and I’m never out of the loop on what is coming next. This was without doubt, the BEST experience I have ever had at a Smartstyle. I always go to the one in Savannah now because I have good service with them. Tiffany totally exceeded my expectations. After being told it was impossible at other salons, she did an AMAZING job with my hair. My hair was thinning just out of blue and she knew I had just had surgery and she told me it was because of them putting me to sleep and that it would get back to normal and it did. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went into this business with the confidence and mindset of “Hey, just because they’re in WalMart won’t make the quality or experience any less.” Leaving with full regret. I called within 2 hours of leaving with a wet head when my hair was fully dried after I was able to assess the situation that was now my hair. I went in with Virgin Hair. She processed color and then did partial highlights (only underneath my hair) on top of the just processed fresh color. Took maybe an inch off length and left me with a wet head. $140 before tip later. I asked about toner and she said wait to see how it looks when dry. Never got it dry nor did toner happen. Only conditioned half my head. It took 4 hours and money they didn’t even so much as to offer back when I came in today hoping to have a resolution. Only to be told she did as she should of and there is nothing she could do. The Manager Tammy said that herself. When I questioned a few times as to really nothing? Hoping that someone who bragged about been working there for 16 years would be able to handle and have some sort of solution for an upset client. She offered to let the woman who messed my hair up to fix it. Obviosuly I have no confidence in the said “skills” any of these “professional” stylists possess. I did not want them processing my hair the very next day after I just went through a process. They should know that would ruin the integrity of my hair. This was not a fresh out of school girl. She had been doing this for “YEARS”. Very displeased with service, quality, placement, and level of unprofessional displayed within a business within the customer service industry. Honestly you get what you pay for and I got royally screwed.
