The staff were very nice. However the stylist was very rough with my hair to the point it was painful. Then she messed up my highlights with these awful blotches of bleach. My daughter also got her hair colored and they only left her color on for 10 minutes and her hair didn’t look any different but I had to pay twice what they charge because her hair was so thick and because she also wanted highlights her hair look the same when we left but I went ahead and paid I wish I hadn’t now. I will never go back.

I was very pleased with my haircut! I requested it cut ‘shorter’ more than once, she was very nice. She said she could keep cutting, but couldn’t put it back on…lol. I made my appointment online also.

Mikaela was my stylist and she was amazing. We engaged in conversation throughout my appointment. I’d pay her just to wash my hair. She massaged my head while she washed my hair. Amazing, I could have fell asleep. I love that. She used minimal Bobby pins in my side braid. I was very pleased.

I called and made an appointment with a super nice lady for a shampoo, cut and basic style, no flat iron, or curling iron, just a blow dry for $15.95. She did a nice job. We went to the register to for me to pay and the manager, Diane, stepped in front of her and took over the register. The manager said I owed $27.95!!! She was very rude about it. She argued that getting my hair blow dried cost extra. I go to the another Smartstyle now and I’m charged $15.95. I guess Diane stuck the money she overcharged me in her pocket. I called the company but that was a waste of time. Ugh!

Tiffany Moore is my preferred stylist when I get my hair cut here. I’m probably a little partial since she had been a friend for several years, but she is a great person and hilarious once she really gets to know you. I’m a guy of course, but I know she knows her stuff and has lots of regulars that refuse to use anyone else. I like several of the girls that work there and think they all do great jobs, but Tiff is my go-to gal. She always knows somehow what I want, even when I can’t exactly tell her. Smart Style in Milan Walmart has some good employees right now, and they should really try to hold onto them. These girls really turn over some clientele for there to be no more of them than there are. Thanks girls for always making me a satisfied customer! I think each of you are great in your own right!
