I feel like I just got butchered and robbed. This is one of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten in my entire life. My hair is ruined and it’s probably not going to be grown back enough in time to get it fixed before a ceremony I’m going to. I’m glad that I have hats to wear. I wouldn’t go here again even if I was desperate. It felt like I got my hair cut by people that have never cut hair before. I recommend Fantastic Sam’s in Paris, TN. They are a LOT better at cutting hair and it’s also cheaper!

Horrible expierience the girl butchered my daughters hair , as you can see in the pictures ! Upon arrival I was told that they couldn’t do the color my daughter wanted because the manager didn’t order the right products !! We came back the following Friday and the price quote for coloring my daughters hair was 169.00 which is absolutely ridiculous!! We took our business else where and my daughters hair was colored and the cut was fixed for $80 PLUS THE TIP!! We won’t be back

I go here regularly for haircuts for myself and my family. Service is always friendly. Haley in particular always does a great job. She gives us great haircuts and makes us feel welcome. 10/10 would recommend. This place is absolutely great. I love it. They keep it clean and they have great deals on hair products.

Haley is the only one I will let touch my hair she is absolutely awesome everyone there is really nice and the shop is clean. They always bend over backwards to make sure that I’m happy with my cut or color or waxing and they always accommodate me when it comes to appointments . Great experience, friendly staff, awesome haircut from Haley. She trained at a beautician school in my hometown. Haley did a great job, and even gave me a hard part, a permanent part in my hairline. Then a nice shampoo and conditioner. It was so easy to register and log in on the smartstyle app, pick a time, shop for a but, then come back for my haircut. I will be back for another cut. Prices are on point, with other hair salons.

Way too expensive for what you get. Brought my daughter home and had to trim up several strands of hair that were completely missed – as in were still to her mid back when her cut was shoulder length. My own cut was several inches too short. There are much better, more affordable options in town. Save yourself the 20 bucks that only covers a cut without styling.
