The girls in here are always friendly and very helpful. One even did my hair for New Years and did an amazing job. I didn’t have time to come home and do it myself. I had to leave straight from work, so she helped me out greatly, plus she did a fantastic job.

Critical: QualityI went there bc nothing else was available. The hairdresser was super nice and friendly but her work was very subpar. I want for a root touch up and eyebrow wax. I wish I could post pics of the color. Very uneven. Only half of my roots were actually colored. I asked about removing makeup before the wax, which she didn’t do. Stray hairs everywhere and still wax on my eyebrows when I got home. Very disappointed. Will NOT be back!!!!I went there bc nothing else was available. The person doing the cutting was polite, and apparently a student or brand new since she asked the manager about cutting my hair more than once, and the manager made suggestions more than once. After 30 minutes, and maybe a centimeter of hair cut off, I said “it’s fine” just so I could leave. And I still need my haircut.

Critical: QualityI took my two sons in and she completely butchered their hair cuts! Nothing was even and one of my sons has a bald spot on the side of his head! My normal hair stylist that I always go to works here and he is fantastic. About two months ago, I decided I wanted to do something different with my hair on the day off I had and my stylist, unfortunately had the same day off. I decided to go in anyway. I shouldn’t have. I asked her if she could do a brown to blonde ombre, she said “yeah I can do that” Two hours in the girl says “I’ve never done baylage before! I’m excited!” It took 5 hours!! FIVE!! And it just looked like a bad bleach job!! She did a half-assed trim that made my hair uneven, and bleached it. And (after she discounted it!) the total still went to 108$!! She also argued with me and said that it was what I asked for. She yelled back at me. We tried contacting management because it was just so bad and they never even got back to us. Just terrible experience.

The woman who did my hair was very sweet but I do not like the way my hair is cut, you can definitely tell it is uneven and the color I have does not suit my skin tone like she said it would! I am very upset because I am taking graduation pictures in a week!
