So we was a walk-In & the lady told us she was expecting a color to come in, she did a good job as far as the cut BUT the ATTITUDE, rudeness and just plan out snotty was very uncalled for I’m not sure the issue her and her co-worker was having but customers should NEVER EXPERIENCE what we did! Stay clear if you get anything more “complex” than a single dye color. I paid 150$ with this along with a tip because it looked good curled and in their light. Had my hair dyed here yesterday and looked absolutely amazing in the store while it was curled. I loved it! The hairdresser was so amazing. But the dye job is just awful. I wanted a very cool toned ombre. I already had platinum hair. I asked for toner, and correct me if im wrong but usually you let it sit for 30ish minutes right? It was lathered in then rinsed immediately out so i was a little skeptical then. I got home and had to rinse out the dye left at the nape of my neck. So i straightened my hair and it is not ombre. I could have done the same with a paintbrush and box dye. Will not be returning and was not worth 150$. Below is what i asked for vs what i got.

First visit here after my regular stylist retired. Making an appointment was difficult. Asked to keep same style, just shorten it. Was told I had an 80’s style cut which was an insult. She chopped my hair my up bad. She asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed. I said yes, if you don’t cut them too short. What did she do? She cut them too short! I will not return to this business.
