I went to a different hair salon and was basically persuaded not to get a perm because they didn’t think it would take, so for about 5 months I kept talking myself out of getting one but then I had an event coming up and decided to give this place a try. I’m so happy that I did. Kelly was so nice and truly took the time to listen to what I was wanting. She made me feel comfortable and we laughed quite a bit. And guess what… my perm turned out amazing. I was so happy with my results. I also loved how Kelly spoke of her coworkers as family. It was really nice to hear how they all treat each other with so much compassion and respect. If you need to get your hair done then I would 100% recommend this place!!

I made an appointment online for 5pm on 12/14/22. Christina called me and asked if I could wait until 5:30 because she had a color at 5 pm and would be done by 5:30. I got there at 5:15. Long story short… Christina cut a big gap out in my hair. Showed her pictures of what I wanted. It was nowhere near that. My 16 minute express hair cut turned into 2 hours. I did not get to leave until after 7 pm.

The lady that did my hair was extremely polite. She explained the steps she would have to do for my color and cut. Told me exactly how much it would cost and I agreed to the price. I had a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it. When she got done it looked nothing like what I showed her. The color was all wrong. It had green tints in it. So I paid almost $200.00 for the wrong color.

I went into have my hair cut so I could donate it to be used to make wigs for people that needed them but wasn’t financially able to get one. Anyways there wasn’t a long wait for myself or my husband. Both hair stylist was really nice and did a great job on both of our hair cuts. The lady that cut my hair knew exactly what needed to be done once it was cut so it could be processed and donate it. Not every hair salon knows what to do with your hair once it’s cut so it will be acceptable for donation

I’ve always been leary of walk in places like this but Pam is GREAT! The only negative is how their pricing works when it comes to color. The amount I spent was just as much as the so called “higher priced” salons. I will still go back though just to see Pam!

Pamela was great she got my son in quick and no waiting .She cut his hair as he wanted it. Very sweet young lady. The place was super clean . I suggest this place if you need to have your hair done. It’s inside Walmart .

My grandma got a perm done with haircut , shampoo & conditioner included . Not sure of the lady’s name who took care of her while I ran errands .
