Customer service… well, I am not even sure they’re aware of what that even means. Haircut was awful and rushed. Was handed my glasses and hat and she proceeded to the register. Didn’t give me the opportunity to look at what was done, didn’t blow the hair off of me after the cut or attempt to get any loose hair off of me at all. Would not recommend.

Will never go back. My 1st & last. Went to have 1.5-2″ cut from my long hair (dry ends) ended up with 5″ cut & it wasn’t straight across the bottom. By the time she actually was able to cut a straight even line, I had lost 5″ of my hair. If I had planned on having that much taken off, I would have donated to Locks of Love as I have in the past. Bad experience for me.
