I was so happy with my “new do!” I got color and a cut for a very reasonable price. The stylist, Angel, listened to what I wanted and helped me choose the highlight colors and told me what style was right for my hair and face shape. She did not push products and most places do, but used products that would support my style. I did observe the other stylists during my time there and they took their time with their customers. It seemed that customer service was more important than getting so many cuts done in an hour. I am definitely a happy customer.

She didn’t pay attention to what I wanted done. I wanted an asymmetrical bob and to leave the front alone “do not cut” She gave me a straight bob every layer cut the same length including the front. She rushed through it because a friend came in wanted his hair touched up. I will never go into this Salon again.

I have tried to get a haircut for the past month. I only need a simple haircut nothing special, or time intensive. I also do not have the ability to run around all day, or wait 2 hours it’s when I am able to get out to here. I have run across either they closed early 3 different times, or being told there is a 3 plus hour wait. I tried calling their customer service number, and complained told I would be contacted by their regional manager, and they never bothered to contact me in any way. E-mail or Phone.
