Critical: ProfessionalismKatie has done hair before very professional and very good, and nice. I came in and Patricia said she wanted to do my hair. I told her several times I wanted Katie but she finally convinced me to let her. The haircut was okay. She put this bigsexyhair in and told me I should purchase some. So I did but when I went to comb it I couldn’t stiff as a board. So today I brought it back with receipt never have used it. She was very rude and hateful and unprofessional. Said could not take returns because of Covid-19. But she didn’t tell me that when I bought it. She said there was a sign .It is not behind the register where your eyes would notice. One sign over on wall where you leave but not where you would notice. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueJust gone for a layered haircut last week showed the picture,i had pretty much long hair & i told the girl only to cut an an inch or 2 , like the other reviewer stated she faced me against the mirror, & still I trusted her. After she kind of done she still didn’t show me the mirror instead said ok since your hair ia frizzy let me diffuse it, and started another process & finally she turned me towards the mirror & God I almost had a heartattack, she chopped my almost hip length hair to shoulder length & at that point I even forgot about the picture I showed. She charged me &42 plus i had to tip extra , didnt say anything to her trying to be nicer. But girl are you a real stylist or just trying to have some sadistic pleasure to cut people’s hair! Just gone for a layered haircut last week showed the picture,i had pretty much long hair & i told the girl only to cut an an inch or 2 , like the other reviewer stated she faced me against the mirror, & still I trusted her. Critical: QualityThe worse haircut!! I asked for simple straight haircut and she still find the way to do a horrible job. All my hair is uneven and one side is longer than the other one. I didn’t realize at the time until I got home and looked in the mirror, so I started brushing my hair and is when I realized how bad it looks. Grrr! Never again!

Critical: ProfessionalismThey are not professional. They do not keep up with the schedules on line. They put that service available but the employees do not even check the schedule. They simply accept the walks in and ignore those who actually scheduled in advance. Terrible place. The employees are clueless about how to be professionals.Service: Hair coloring
