My son used to get his hair cut here since he was very little. A few months ago, I scheduled an appt then requested to leave early from work in advance to take him and ny daughter to the appts. When I arrived the stylist was doing someone’s hair amd said she wouldn’t be able to do the kids hair. The other stylist that was getting ready to clock out to leave, decided to stay to take less than 10 minutes to cut my kids hair. I gave her a very good tip for going out of her way, but I have not and will not go or take my kids there again. I highly DONT recommend anyone going there. As I did love Rachel and she was awesome, this other lady ruined this place for me.

My son needed a haircut. We walk in at around 4:50, and the woman working was sitting in one of the chairs playing on her phone. There was no one in line waiting. She asked how she could help, and I told her he needed a cut. I figured since she was just chilling in the chair and had no one waiting, that he would immediately get a cut. However, I figured wrong. She told me she could make an appointment for tomorrow but couldn’t cut it today. Why be a business that allows walk-ins when in fact, you can’t just walk in? I would understand if she were swamped and didn’t have time to do it before closing. That, however, wasn’t the case. Very disappointed.

The manager (I believe her name is Sabrina) is awesome and fit my boys in to get their hair cut. She was the only one there. Very friendly and accommodating. The negative reviews are likely mostly people who have had most of their stuff handed to them all of their lives and never had to wait on anything. I will definitely be back.
