Twice now, I’ve tried to get my hair cut at the Springfield, TN Walmart shop. Twice I’ve been turned away because they were closing at 6 PM & 3 PM respectively. The first time it was 5:15 PM & this time it was 2: 20 PM when I talked to them. The website shows them open both thise days till 6 PM. This is very poor business practice & will never return there!!! I think they see me in a wheelchair & don’t want to be bothered! They can’t cut hair correctly anyway because they can’t follow directions or follow what a photo shows! DONE with that severly substandard place!!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Qualitymy stylist’s name was Alicia, and let just say that she is the bomb, even tho we couldn’t do most of what i wanted she still gave hair a kickass hairstyle! the atmosphere was really friendly we cut up and made jokes, and she recommended me some great products. Definitely will be going back when i can, keep up the work alicia!

Autumn is the BEST!!!!! i won’t trust anyone else with my hair. i have medical issues which make it important the person coloring my hair knows what they are doing or it could fall out easier than someone without problems like mine. I always leave with a smile on my face! She is personable… she knows what she’s doing and she has never let me down from coloring, cutting, styling, deep conditioning, and any questions about products for my hair! She has nailed it everytime…. i tell her how my hair is acting she recommends products, explains how each one works and helps me pick what will work best and i have always had great results!

Autumn has cut my hair for 10 years now. How do I remember? She’s also cut my son Logans hair since he was 1 years old. He always felt comfortable, and never cried while she cut it. I’m very particular about my hair, and she never fails to deliver. Thanks Autumn! Highly recommend!

Just got a fresh cut. I’ve been concerned on who to cut my hair cause it’s so rough especially doing the summer and usually people are impatient cause I don’t know exactly know what I want with my hair but AUTUMN definitely hooked me up. Man…they really did a number on 2 kids haircuts. It looked fine when we left, but once their hair dried the mistakes were very apparent. Yikes. I don’t think I would come back or at least I would pick another stylist. Only reason I came here is because great clips had a long wait.

Asked for a 1″ trim on my hair, ( i have layers ) & got way more than 1″ cut off and left with very noticeable uneven layers. I cried all night, it took me a year to get the length i wanted back and i’m back to square one when all I asked was a 1″ trim. Had to go somewhere to get a 56$ fix, save your money and go to a real salon. (edit ) i don’t know who did my hair, just go to someone you know that does your hair right.

Critical: ValueCharged a fee for sanitation.. really? Used same hair drop as previous customer, didn’t wipe or sanitize anything. Just another way to nickel and dime customers. Oh and haor cuts are alway sub par to almost any other stylists shop.
