I had the worst experience EVER! I went for a wash/blow dry & trim. The washing was nice until it came to the detangling part. I’ve never experienced so much pain on my scalp. Tamara was detangling my hair with a BARBER COMB, and didn’t even hold my hair when she was combing the tips up the root, so i felt all the pain. i’m black & have natural hair, and other stylist that’s done my hair has never put me through what she has put me through. After blow drying my hair, she straightened my hair. Remind you, i only came for wash/blow dry trim. I didn’t even want my hair flat ironed. & lastly, i got a chop instead of a trim. she basically just had cut my tips. don’t recommend. if i could give them a 0 i would.

The lady who did my hair was super nice,gentle,and got all my dead ends off that I had been dealing with for a couple months super quick she even asked me if the water was at the right temperature and told me to relax when she noticed I was alittle tense! My appointment was for 4:30pm and I got out of there at 4:43pm loved loved loved the experience there and will be going back for future cuts!!!

This was the worst hair experience I have ever had. I went Sunday 7/10/22. There were 3 employees there and none of them even knew what a fauxhawk was. They literally tried to argue with me! Google helps, people. Between my children and myself we got three hair cuts, they totally destroyed two of them. I had to go to the smartstyle in Smyrna to get it fixed, which they did for free. The smartstyle in Smyrna apologized repeatedly, and they did nothing wrong. Smyrna smartstyle will be my knew smartstyle.

They do a great job with my hair always. My bf, on the other hand, has not had the great experience I’ve had. He paid $65 to get twists done by the only lady there who can do them and they were never finished and it looked rough the next day. Never going there for that again. They kinda overcharge sometimes too.
