Speaking about a experience that happened about 3years ago. Before Christmas there was a gentleman that worked at this location google said they were open until 8:00pm. came in looking to get a simple wash and set . But when I got there he turned me away saying that they were closing in 30 minutes it was 6:00pm due to it being Christmas Eve which I understood so I left but something did not seem right with me so I called back and asked what time do you guys close today and he said that we are closing at 8:00pm today then he realized it was me calling then he quickly changed it to we are closing at 6:30pm. Have not been back since due to this experience

My husband went in to fix a bad haircut that he got from Great Clips. Jason did a great job. The first haircut was so bad that I didn’t think there was anything that could be done with what was left of his hair but Jason was able to salvage allot of hair and leave my husband looking pretty damn good.

It’s been a while since I’ve gotten my hair done! Hair Emergency is what I had and a friend of mine suggest Wal-Mart. Went there (seeing how you have to have appointments else where) told And showed her what I wanted, which was a bob cut! She said yes ma’am I can do that for you, come to find she Cut more than needed (in other words I could not have put my flat iron where it was cut) … So I suggest her to cut a little bit more and come to find out she cut a lot explaining that she use size 3 when she needed to use size 2 clips! I was not pleased but all of my hair was gone so I have to work with what I have! Next time I’ll let someone else with experience hook me up! #ThxAnyWayWalMart

Never again! No body except Tabatha. I asked for a wash and trim and got a short uneven mess. I had previously dyed my tips so they needed to be cut. (Not even a half inch!) This crazy lady decided to just cut my hair. No stretching it out or nothing. She cut more than 3 inches off in some spots and nothing at all in others. (Was going to prom 3 days later. ♀️) First red flag was when she didn’t wash my hair first. (So it was dry with extreme shrinkage) Second red flag was when she asked how I usually wear my hair… (Excuse me? I’m the kind of person who changes their hair every 2 days.) Still absolutely horrified from that experience. I’ll be seeing Tabatha exclusively from now on.
