I saw Ms.Sussie while she was training at the Schillinger location. She did an excellent job on my hair. I’d also like to note that I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted but after the results I understood quite well the fact that she understood what I wanted. She is a great colorist and I do recommend!! Tried to use salon services. Stylists never have time to do services asked. I went in salon around 4:45 pm for a relaxer. There was only one customer in the salon and she was sitting in chair getting hair done. It doesn’t take long for a relaxer. I would not recommend this place!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe lady on duty, Prisca was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to cut my children’s hair. The store closes at 7 and we arrived at 6:30. She said only one person in the store at a time but allowed two other people in there and not my husband. My son had to get a haircut without parents there. Very unprofessional and was charged for a haircut and shampoo, but only got a horrible haircut. My sons bangs are noticeably crooked. Then she didn’t cut my other sons hair and began cutting another mans. I’m appalled at the level of unprofessional service that this store gave. The lady on duty, Prisca was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to cut my children’s hair. The store closes at 7 and we arrived at 6:30. She said only one person in the store at a time but allowed two other people in there and not my husband. My son had to get a haircut without parents there. I took my son in Saturday to get his hair cut. My husband takes my son, so I couldn’t tell the stylist (Retha) what numbers to use for the clippers. She was nice but while cutting his hair, she kept tending to the desk. Answering the phone and checking people out. At one time, a customer apologized for her having to stop but she said,” oh it’s okay, he’s being really good.” She complimented a few times how well he was doing and how “comfortable” he felt with her. When I got home, my husband was furious. He pointed out how no lines were straight and only one of his sideburns were completely gone. So the next day he went back to the store and asked for his money back. He was told the manager wasn’t in and had to come back. So he did the next day and spoke to the manager (Retha) the same woman who cut his hair about a refund. She said she couldn’t do that and that it was my sons fault because he was squirming. He got nervous once at the VERY end and my daughter handed him her phone and he was okay. This was not his first haircut and his hair never looked this bad from his other stylist. She gave my husband a number for us to call about a refund. This company then told us to wait to hear from a district manager, if we don’t hear from her, call back within 48 hours. This process seems very irritating and I would not recommend this company and especially the Semmes location. If you make a mistake, own up to it. Apologize, don’t blame a child. And just give the money back instead of having the customer jump through hoops.

My husband and son’s go here every few weeks for their haircut. Usually Retha does a good job but she wasn’t there today so my husband and my son had to let the other woman cut their hair. She did the worst job I have ever seen. I could have done a better job and I literally can’t cut a straight line on lined paper! From now on I will wait till Retha is there or make them go somewhere else. Now I have to pay more money to have both their hair fixed somewhere else.

Always feel rushed and I didnt realize till i got home later one day and someone pointed out the spots on the back of my mohawk but when she was shaving my sides, she didnt line up good, missed a couple of spots and cut the hair I didnt want to touched. I’ve been growing my hair a long time so I was a little upset bc my hair has been this style for a while so she only have to shave my sides. Only went here bc my normal place and everyone else was closed but needed a touch up for work. I normally don’t like giving bad reviews but I’ve always feel like they rush too much

This is no doubt the worst hair place I’ve ever been to. The girl asked me what kind of haircut I wanted and I told her a stack and even showed her a picture. Well when she was done it was no stack instead I came out looking like Dora the cartoon character. Sorry I would post the girls name but she never told me.
