The stylist destroyed my hair. The color was sooooooo bad. It was blotchy and the texture of my hair was annihilated. She scrunched the foils instead of leaving them flat, which left my naturally straight hair looking like I had a bad perm from 1985 and also caused blotchy uneven bleaching. I’m still dealing with this nightmare 2 years later. NEVER AGAIN! When I contacted the YellowHammer (who owns Smart Style in Alabama) they offered to let me come back to let her fix it… as if that was going to happen.

I used this salon about 2 years ago. I only wanted a wash and blow out. We were camping at the state park and I didn’t want to wash my hair so I went here. Never again! The little guy that washed and dried my hair and the hair brush he was using was nothing less than painful! Never had this experience before. I think he was newly out of school. I didn’t say anything to him but to say I left in a hurry is putting it mildly.
