Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! i wrote a review already but I’m guessing they deleted it! We get there to get my hair cut and the girl is on a conference call, says come back in 20mins, so i did and still wasn’t off the call. She finally takes me to a chair where i showed her a pic she says she can do it but instead she jacked my hair up!! She tried to to say it was because it was too blonde that it wasn’t forgiving because you could see how bad she gapped it up but NAH ITS BECAUSE SHE DON’T KNOW HOW TO CUT HAIR!! I even told her it wasn’t even and she argued saying it is, told me i needed to dye it darker to hide where she fkd it up. Nope i went to someone that actually knew what they were doing to fix it or atleast make it not look as bad. I shouldn’t have to pay 2 different stylist because the 1st place aka this place doesn’t have anyone that knows how to cut hair. If you can’t do it say that don’t mess someone’s hair up!! Zero stars if that was a option.

I have been going to this salon for over a year! Every experience has been a fantastic one. I get my eyebrows, highlights, and hair cut here regularly. All of the workers have a smile on their face as soon as you walk into the door. My favorite stylist would be Shiloh Livermore! She has completely changed my hair and my eyebrow game. If you go, make sure to ask for her! Very clean, and very professional environment!

Every time I have gone to this salon, they are very friendly and professional. The cuts have been fine (although I have not been for anything complex). They always make the visit pleasurable and that means a lot. You can tell they appreciate their job.

I had the pleasurable pleasing experience of warping my walk in appointment by sitting in the 1st chair to then being scoot out by the thirties something bleached blonde on obvious nerve medication to “needing to schedule an appointment.” How did I get there from the chair you ask? I’m glad you asked. I told her I was deciding between a bob and a pixie cut. Hmmm hope her lunch was good. Adrian is cool though. See her.

Had a 4:00 appointment, here it is 4:30 and still waiting due to being severely understaffed. They have one hair dresser and she’s moving as fast as she can. Upper management needs to hire more people as its not fair to the customers or the employee.

The stylist was laughing and chatting with the other stylist the whole time and not really even listening to me tell her how I wanted my hair. Very unprofessional. Was told to go home and fix my hair and come back if I did not like the cut after it was straight. The cut is uneven and gapped up. Guess that is what you can expect with a 15 dollar haircut from someone who really could care less about your hair. Why would I come back so you can gap my hair up more? Will go elsewhere. Avoid this place. You get what you pay for.

Would have have a zero if available. They are either closed or going out of business. I have stopped by so many times and called even more. They are NEVER there. I wish they would put a simple sign on door or window to let people know what’s happening. Very upset with communication process.
