Jani is awesome. She worked with my 3 year old who has sensory issues. She let him warm up to her, spray her with water to keep him calm, all while laughing with him and cutting his hair. I will use her as long as she will have us. I recommend her to anyone and everyone especially if you have a child who doesn’t like to have their hair cut.

Lady who cut my hair didn’t have much personality. I tried to make a little friendly conversation but she wasn’t very receptive. I have very fine hair. She wasn’t gentle at all while working on my hair. During the shampoo, she pummeled my head like she was scrubbing motor oil from her favorite jeans. Then she used a brush with very few tips on the bristles to scratch through to my scalp and yank the tangles from my hair. Honestly, I thought about just leaving after that, before the cutting actually started. I decided not to because I wouldn’t leave without paying for what had been done, and I didn’t want to create a scene, explaining what I was displeased about in the process. So, I let her proceed. In the end, I was happy with the haircut itself. Her mannerisms could definetly use some work.

The cut I received was fine but it’s $16 for a “straight cut” but $19 for a cut with layers. And I accepted that, but the lady didn’t give me any layers so I paid $3 extra for nothing!!
