The worst place possible to go. Went early morning and couldn’t be seen because I didn’t have an apt and they wouldn’t take me as a walk in. My family and I went to get our haircuts. They charged all of us for shampoo even when we did not get shampoos. I was the only one that got a shampoo. My husband and my boys did an express hair cut. Meaning they just sprayed the their hair with water and then cut their hair. However the girl says thats only a promo they do but their website says different. Their website shows all the different types of haircuts they offer and the express haircut is one of them. One of the other options were kids haircut. They charged the haircut for my 7 year old an adults haircut with a shampoo but all they did was spray his hair with water and cut his hair. They seemed annoyed becasue we were there and disturbed them from playing on their phones. This place is a rip off. I contacted their website for someone to call me. They did and I missed the call. They left a voicemail and when I called back and left a message I never got a call back. DO NOT EVER EVER GO HERE!! Its not worth your money or time. Find another salon or barber shop.

I have had some wonderful haircuts here. With that being said, they have replaced nearly the entire staff and they let their customer service go out the window. Went for a haircut today the lady was really put out as soon as I walked in. I told her I needed a trim on my length and layers and asked about the express haircut she was immediately confrontational and wanted to argue with me about what the express cut covers. I tried telling her it was okay if my cut of choice didn’t qualify for the express i don’t mind paying more I need it cut but she cut me off to tell me if I wanted the express cut the only thing she was going to do was brush my dry hair down my back and cut a straight line across the bottom. I told her never mind and decided to leave because I need my hair to look much better than this lady’s attitude. She made a scene on my way out. I’ve been a loyal smart style customer for a long time, she might have known this had she asked for my name before arguing with me. Anyway this place is a big joke. Maybe you’ll be okay if you go to a different location but I highly recommend that you don’t go to this location. I’m done with the smart style brand entirely after today.
