I booked online a day ahead for a color. I show up for appointment they can’t find it but she puts me in. Doesn’t ask what service. I sit in the chair and tell her it’s for a color. She tells me they can’t do any more color for the day. Why in the hell do you allow appointments to be made don’t check for the day then tell a customer that you can’t do the job that they requested a day before. Don’t bother

The blonde with the glasses, her name is Morgan, I know that because I treated her like a person and had a lovely conversation with her about my hair. She is a great stylist, I have wanted to get in her chair for months since she consulted on my color. I was charged for a silk press and I did not receive a silk press. However, Alecia was VERY GENTLE with my tender scalp. I wanted a Wash & Style, but I had just washed my hair the morning of. I knew my tangled jungle had to be wet just to comb. She wet my hair and used the blow-dryer to pull my hair out. Then she flat iron my hair. I did not mind paying the price because she was very patient and gental. I have been to stylist who would just cut my tangles and not try to comb them out. Although I don’t do it often doesn’t meant I don’t know a silk press process… wash-blowdry-flatiron/curl- wrap- place under dryer- comb wrap out and there you have a silk press. I must say Alecia’s facial expression allowed me to read her mind… “HOLY SH*T, I HAVE TO DO THAT HAIR!” We laughed at the fact and I walked out with a tangle free head of hair with trimmed ends. She would not let me walk out and put her name on my TRASHY ENDS (can’t blame her either). Thanks Alecia for your service today!
