This is the absolute worst salon ever. In November I went in asking to do the silver/gray hairstyle pictured. The lady named tash said she could do it and even showed me pictures that she had done it before. So I figured I would try it with her. I made my appointment and they actually saw me 12/26. The lady whom scheduled my appointment even confirmed that tash could do that hair color and I would look great. In fact tash is the manager. So I get to my appointment, I’m the only one there besides her. When I came out of there after 5 hours, I felt like I was wearing a wig from a super hero movie. Instead of having the silver /Grey highlights, my hair was a mixture of green, blue and purple. I was so upset and she charged me $230.00 for it. I told her I was not happy and I wanted it re-done. She said to come back on Tuesday because that was her next availability. I ended up going on monday and much to my surprise tash was there and I again told her I needed it fixed. So on Tuesday I went back. First I asked her what she was going to do, after I showed her what I wanted. She said, I’m going to dye your hair all Grey. I said no. That’s not what I want. I came in for silver highlights and that’s what I want. So she starts by adding a cream in my hair that takes the color away. The first thing she says is, omg first time I use this product like I’m supposed to and it actually works. That’s when i started getting nervous. After sitting there for 4 hours, she finished with my hair. So I came out completely blond, no where near the silver / Grey highlights that I wanted. Not only that but the amount of damage this woman has caused in my hair is just horrible. My hair falls out in chunks because of how wrong she had chemicals in my hair. Not to mention that I even lost my natural curls. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. These people don’t know what they are doing and will not do what you ask no matter how many pictures you show them.

If you want a Dominican New York Miami style blow out. Go see Ms Marlene. Call and ask when she’s available she will take care of you and you won’t regret letting her take care of your hair. She’s really good with black womens hair. It was a great experience for me. I’m very happy with my hair.

When you are reviewing the feed back on salons , read them carefully, I wish I would have ! I got my hair done by Sherri. I will post a pic of what I wanted ( picture on the right ) vs what I actually got. I am mortified and so unhappy. I am requesting my money back and if they don’t do that ,I will call corporate. I will never go here again. I should of went with my gut and passed on the haircut.

On Wednesday I spoke to Lenore, and told her I just needed my layers trimmed, and can I come in today or Friday. She said 2:00 today. She cut my hair dry. While cutting my hair she was asking me personal questions about my finances, and how much money I got from. SS. I am a senior, and I do get a limited amount. Lenore brought up the subject, and kept insisting I answer her. When I wouldn’t she stopped cutting my hair stepped away and started screaming at me in a frantic manner. I looked at her and she kept screaming,. WHY! won’t you tell me? She looked frantic. Why must she know, I thought. That is know bodies. Is she told by her employee to ask those questions, about customers finances? Perhaps the BBB should know about this. After she calmed down and was done cutting. She told me she wanted to wash my hair, and blow dry it. After she washed my hair, and So went to sit in the chair she cut my hair again instead of blow drying it. She couldn’t stop yawning. She probably forgot she already cut my hair. My hair looks awful. Cut twice, I was screamed at with scissors in her hand. I really wished I would have called the sheriff. She assaulted me. She is a NUT LADY. The have 8 cameras in there. It’s all on film.

Very poor customer service skills. I am personally in this industry and have had poor experiences with haircuts in the past so wanted reassurance of who would be doing my hair- went in and asked for a haircut. A lady came to the front desk(short blonde hair with purple), very rude. She said it would be about a 45 minute wait time(that’s fine as a walk-in). I then asked who would be attending me, she said anyone available with an attitude, I also asked NICELY if they had photos of their work/portfolio. She said none of us do cause we’ve been doing it a long time with an attitude once again. I then said I won’t have anything done and proceeded to leave(had she been understanding and explained that all of the stylist were experienced nicely-(attitude was not necessary at all) I wouldn’t have had an issue and given a stylist a chance. As I left she loudly said “best haircut you’d ever have”….extremely unprofessional. If I could give it a 0 I would. You don’t do that to a potential client, ANY client. First impressions say a lot. Even with good skills, an attitude like that-leave it at home.
