Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey only have one person that can cut hair. This was my second time coming in with nobody inside and they always say that I can’t get a haircut. I come and hour before they close and I can’t get a hair cut really. Also the owner is terrified of Covid making all her customers wear a mask. They only have one person that can cut hair. This was my second time coming in with nobody inside and they always say that I can’t get a haircut. My mother was here in Florida on Family matters and needed to get a hair cut she told the stylist exactly what she wanted and the stylist acted like she knew what she was doing. My mothers hair is all kinda jacked up one side is longer than the other and her bangs some pieces are the same length as hair and other pieces are really short.

Went there for help a couple of months after worst haircut ever from different salon. Jamie listened to me very carefully and followed my instructions exactly. First let me start by saying the girl was nice, but she has no business cutting hair right now. I showed her a picture and she glanced at it, said she has done it before and basically just went to butchering my hair. This was the worse hair cut experience ever from a so called professional. Now I have to pay three times as much to get a real professional to fix the mess she left in my head. I don’t want to blast her name on the internet but I am going to speak to a manager because she really needs more training before she ever attempt to do another tapered hairstyle on anyone. OMG!!!

Manager raised prices after seeing my hair and quoting a price for services I wanted. When I arrived for my services prices increase by$20 because I have natural ethnic hair. And to end my experience the computer system did not work so I was able to get a receipt to validate the price increase. Management has yet to send email of receipt or call to explain rate change. Will go back because the stylist Teresa was great. Is just unfortunate that management is not. The manager was irritated with me for asking questions which in the end cost me for doing. Get rid of her Regis she needs customer service training pronto.

If I could leave no stars I would! I wanted to combat the crowds to get my girls hair trimmed, not cut. A simple trim, it was 7:30 when they close at 8pm. Both stylists available and they REFUSED service! They said we would have to come back tomorrow. 15 mins until 8pm and the gate was down. Oh and when we went to check out of course someone was in their getting their hair done. How about that?!? Debating on making a complaint to corporate and to Walmart.
