Patricia, their operator, suggested an alternate process due to dry brittle hair. She recommended changing shampoo and using curl lock moisturizer for aftercare. She wouldn’t let me speak and even reached out to me and TOUCHED AND PULLED on my hair to make “her point” of me needing bleach. She wouldn’t let me speak and even reached out to me and TOUCHED AND PULLED on my hair to make “her point” of me needing bleach. I’ve colored my hair plenty of times even in other salons without needing to bleach it but this woman was just obsessed with bleaching my hair, and she wouldn’t even let me talk.
