They tell you to make an appointment online but then do not honor the appointment. I was there for 40 minutes waiting for the stylist to acknowledge me. She was with another customer but she could have given me an estimate of how long it would be and asked if i wanted to do a little shopping and then come back. I would’ve understood especially since she was alone in the salon. But she ignored me and I had no clue if I would be waiting 20 minutes or more than 1 hour. Bad customer service. I walked out.

I been living in Florida some time know and was never able to find a hairstylist that understand my hair, until Gabby was recommended to me, he is amazing when it comes to cutting and blowdrying my hair every time I leave the salon I feel like a new woman and I am always so happy with the results. I had an appointment for a relaxer at 11:00 am, checked in at 10:55 with the wait time being about 6 minutes, and after 40+ minutes of waiting, they still hadn’t touched my hair. I finally went up and asked one out of TWO stylists there what was happening. The other stylist seemed to get huffy that I was rightfully annoyed that I needed to wait even longer for his client to be done since apparently the only other stylist in the shop didn’t seem to know how to do a relaxer. He said there was a “miscommunication” with the appointment… miscommunication?? Why have the option to book appointments if you can’t even stick to them? Between the attitude and the fact that the stylist that was supposed to do my hair wasn’t even there, I left to give my business to someone else. Don’t waste your time here as it seems walk-ins will get preferable treatment…

Staff needed to use a translator on their phone to understand what I was needing. Forced me to leave my young alone daughter 3 times to go into Walmart to try to get cash out for the payment due for services due to THEIR credit card machine being down, essentially holding her hostage instead of allowing me to get cash after she was done! Had to wait 20 minutes beyond appointment time to get started. Won’t be returning!

Very disappointed in this salon. I scheduled an appointment with gaby and was stood up.. the place was closed from 15 mins prior to my appointment to 15 mins after… I was flabbergasted that there was nobody there for my set and confirmed appointment. I moved my work and baby sitters schedule around for this.
