Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMissy Kidd is the stylist that helped me & she was amazing! I went to her with a very strange request & a lot of nervousness. I am in my 30s & have breast cancer so I lost all of my hair during chemo. Now that it is growing back it’s growing in all different directions and driving me nuts but I was so scared to let someone cut even a single strand because of my fear of losing my hair again. So I was honest with her that I needed something done but was very scared to let her do anything and she told me she wanted me to come back the next day so that she could do some research and make sure she did the best job she could for me. She was very understanding and patient with me. I left there with a huge confidence boost and looking forward to the next hair trim instead of dreading ! I highly recommend this amazing stylist! Missy Kidd is the stylist that helped me & she was amazing! I went to her with a very strange request & a lot of nervousness. I am in my 30s & have breast cancer so I lost all of my hair during chemo. Now that it is growing back it’s growing in all different directions and driving me nuts but I was so scared to let someone cut even a single strand because of my fear of losing my hair again. Critical: QualitySo I took my daughter and I in there for haircuts, we were super in need so it was last minute. I do not remember the ladies name but she was slender kind of tall with short curly black hair. She was super nice she did a excellent job on my daughter’s hair we were super happy with it. So obviously I expected the same when she did my hair. well everything was good in the beginning and then towards the end of the haircut she pulled up the top of the hair like a mohawk and cut about 4in off. When we originally only talked about cutting the dead ends which was about an inch and a half at the most. I guess I didn’t really realize how bad it was until I got home but now I’m left looking like a 12 year old boy trying to grow out his hair. I am super salty about it. So I took my daughter and I in there for haircuts, we were super in need so it was last minute. I do not remember the ladies name but she was slender kind of tall with short curly black hair. She was super nice she did a excellent job on my daughter’s hair we were super happy with it.
