I have always gotten my haircut here 2 months ago I got a perm and it is Already out. I Live in Tennessee but I’ve always trusted the one in Florida so whenever I am here I always get it done at the same Place in Dunnellon . When I got the perm I went back to Tennessee the next day Why would I not trust them I’ve always gotten my hair done here Well I went back today because I am back in Florida to show them my purchased that I had one week to complain And they would have to see it well I was in Tennessee They said that there was nothing they would do and they would charge me to redo it I will never go back there for a haircut Or anything else they have lost my business

Came in with my hair already shampooed, still wet and already detangled. Asked for a trim and blow dry. She cut my ends which took approximately 5 minutes, then blow dried it straight. So I booked an appointment for Friday and was called 4 hours before to tell me they were double booked and couldn’t keep my appointment. I then rescheduled it for Sunday at 2pm I arrive 15 min before to make sure I was on time. I then was helped by a Angela (I believe) she asked my name and service I was getting. I told her 2pm and it’s for my daughter wash trim and style. She told me hold on went spoke to manager then came back to tell me that they are booked and can’t do anything I scheduled an appointment and I said what do you mean I have an appointment she said to me well I’m busy and I don’t no what to tell you we can’t do anything for you. I ask to speak to the manager she comes over to tell me she can wash and trim but can’t style because my daughters hair type (she is a mixed little girl with curly hair) it would take to long and the appointment slot wasn’t set to allow for that type of hair when you book online they don’t ask if you have straight or curly hair they ask wash cut style color ext. so now it’s Sunday late afternoon and my daughter can’t get her hair done. I feel like this is a poorly managed location and they lack people and customer service skills. I was very disappointed trying not to show my daughter that she basically was just discriminated against it’s very very upsetting.

Marissa was wonderful. My daughters are mixed and she thinned out my oldest hair as well as blowed dried it and flat ironed it. She also did my two year’s old hair and gave her bangs. Marissa even did my hair. She was wonderful. I would recommend her anytime.

Be careful! I asked for a trim, just “take an inch off to clean it up”. When she was done, I lost four inches off my long hair. I got charged for a shampoo and cut but the woman didn’t even spray my hair with water, she cut it dry! Don’t even know the lady’s name that cut my hair. They were busy doing each others hair when I was in so I had to stand at the register to wait for someone to acknowledge me. I made my appointment online.
