My daughter and I wanted layer’s and ombre, mine brown and blonde hers ,blonde, purple. We were at this salon for 5 hours and my daughters hair that looks colored by a 4 year old in patches that are uneven and blotchy . Mine is just highlights nothing to do with the color(blonde) or the style as intended. A good waste of time and money. She did not even offer to fix it but insisted that it looked great and we got a good deal. I am not even sure where to begin to correct this. My daughters natural color was already a beautiful bright blonde and I was ok with the ends being colored as we could later cut it out. Now it is almost to her roots it looks very unprofessional and I am not sure how to correct this. Mine is an array of highlights that I did not want as I have been working on growing out my roots for a year. I now have to start all over as well we both just wanted that bright beautiful color on the ends of our hair as the photo we showed the stylist. Really dissatisfied. That is what we get for going to Walmart.
