I got a terrible hair cut, I’ve always have had rose cut my hair but since the pandemic, she stopped working there. But now my hair cut I got yesterday was TERRIBLE, I showed the lady and picture I had that was a layers and bangs but when “finished” my bangs looked NOTHING like the picture my bang were cut too short and it looked nothing like the original picture and the cut was uneven, and the price was 26$ for the terrible cut, I don’t trust this company anymore ( fyi only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to)

I walked in and asked how long it would take to lighten my hair, and if they could make it match the rest of my hair. Because my roots grew out so much. The said 45;50 .I s and yes they could do that. After an hour my hair did not match and was two different colors. When I said something the lady doing my hair said I asked for color,. Not lightening. That the only way to match it would be to bleach it. I said that was what I asked for. I told her that’s what I thought she was doing. She then said for more money she could fix it because the owners wouldn’t let her fix it for free. Then gave me her card so she can fix it on her time. Like I’m going to go back to someone who didn’t listen to me in the first place.

I went in to get prices for a wash, deep conditioner, trim on ends and she quoted me a little over $100.It seems fair because my length is pass my shoulders. I also asked about the cost of a rinse and she quoted $30. I think that is a fair price. On the day that I visited the salon, there was a nice lady sitting outside waiting to be seen and she spoke highly all the people that work there. She said her whole family goes there and they do a great job.
