I was taken care of by Rachel today and she was amazing! Not only did she do a fabulous job with my hair (which she refused to quit on until it was absolutely perfect and I loved it) but she made my family who was waiting feel right at home. Every person we came into contact with there was amazing and helpful. My hair is exactly what I wanted! (Did I mention I was a walk in that she managed to do a cut, ombre color and style on and my wait was almost nothing?!) Great job! Thank you ladies!!

Miss Champagne, yes this is her real name, always gives me a great cut. Recommend her to all the curly haired girls. She’s kind and great to visit with while she works her magic. The salon could use a bit of touch up paint and sprucing for aesthetics. However, it doesn’t seem dirty or unsanitary just a bit beat up under stations on walls.

I went to this salon just because of the previous reviews of this place. I am so cautious of my hair, especially because last year I cut off over 2 ft. of my hair. Today my stylist was Joan. I believe she is the store manager and she was definitely professional. She took time in washing my hair and even gave me tips on how to correctly wash my hair due to my hair being very oily. She pointed out the wave patterns in my hair which I thought was kind of neat to know. She made me feel very relaxed and allowed me to ask silly questions. I never even buy products but she allowed me to try some out and I ended up purchasing a defrizzing serum. The ONLY complaint I have is that it was slightly pricey for me personally. Perhaps I believe that because I am cheap/don’t get my haircut very often but I know you get what you pay for here, which is refreshing.

Joslyn was our hair stylist, she was absolutely the most unprofessional person I have met. She had a huge mess of food and drinks all over her counter, she didn’t clean up her mess before bringing my 5yr old daughter over to her chair. She didn’t hold conversation with either of us the entire time. she was super rough with my daughters head and hair, and literally said in front of my child that she wouldn’t look cute with layers. We paid for a haircut and received no shampoo, and left with an inch of a trim, because she didn’t like the idea of layers in MY daughters hair. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. I will not be back.

I recently took my 10 year old to get his haircut. The sign said that shampoo, conditioner, and head message are included with every haircut. For some reason my son did not receive this. The stylist didn’t even brush his hair. If this is a service they don’t provide to kids, they should not have this sign. My son was very disappointed and I was as well because one of the small pleasures in life is getting someone else to wash your hair when you get it cut. The stylist just buzzed off hair around his head and all the clippings went down the poor guy’s shirt. I have clippers at home and could have easily done this myself. The stylist didn’t cut the top of his hair at all despite me showing her a picture before the haircut. Super disappointed, mainly because my son did not get treated respectfully. Will never go back here again.

I had my hair done by Joan on 12/15/17 and as always I just can’t stop raving of how well she took care of me and how she listened to what style I wanted and even listened to my concerns about my hair. She was very informative on the do’s and don’ts concerning my hair. From frizzy dead end can’t do nothing with this hair she did an “AMAZING JOB”! My new look that I have now thanks to Joan has done wonders for me. Joan is not your typical hairstylist who cuts hair because it’s her job. She actually loves what she does and cares deeply about people and their hair. A hairstylist with a pure heart of gold. Thank you Joan! You have made a difference in my new look. Love You to the moon and back!
