Critical: Punctuality, QualityI arrived a few minutes b4 scheduled time Angela didn’t acknowledge my wait until about 10 minutes later, she asked me to come back an hour later. I explained to her just what I needed. A simple haircut with a clean edging/lining. I felt like she was straight out of Cosmetology school and I was her first cut. She ask me if I had a relaxer you can look at my hair and tell I relax my hair. She said she like to cut then wash that was okay with me. During the cut I noticed long pieces of my hair was hanging down, I pushed it out of face only to realize she cut my length then she told me it was in the way. I have a very basic cut so there wasn’t any hair in the way. She told me my ends were damaged , when I mentioned to her you didn’t cut my ends she said something but I was so frustrated I just wanted to get out of the chair. She knew I was frustrated.After she cut me she start putting mousse on my hair, I told her I want my hair washed. I’m so UNHAPPY with the service I received I will never go back to that salon. I should have given her a mint because her breathe was horrible. I’m normally not agitated but my haircut looks terrible. I arrived a few minutes b4 scheduled time Angela didn’t acknowledge my wait until about 10 minutes later, she asked me to come back an hour later. I explained to her just what I needed. A simple haircut with a clean edging/lining. I felt like she was straight out of Cosmetology school and I was her first cut.
