My appointment with Reagan was at noon, when I walked in at noon, the 11am appointment with Reagan was still waiting. Apparently Reagan slept in. The 11am appointment left, after waiting an hour and a half. Then Miss Nancy was able to cut my hair and did a great job. Reagan finally showed up at 1:20 with no apology, no explanation, just went to work on her 1pm appointment. I’m very disappointed with Reagan, but very happy with Nancy.

**If i could give negative stars, I would!!!**Made an appt, in spite of all the negative reviews, because I only had a few hours on a Sunday that I could get free. Just wanted an inch or 2 cut off and blow dryed….nothing elaborate. Actually, put on “real clothes” & make-up & went. Walked in, nobody at the check in desk & then somebody yelled “what’s your name?” as the woman walked to the front. Proceeded to tell her my name and she then said “Do you have an appointment?” (Didn’t realize this was also a walk-in salon). After informing her that I did, indeed have an appt, she THEN said “Oh! You’re with XXXX and she called out today. Don’t know what we can do for you!” No apology, no response when I asked why the clients weren’t called NOTHING but “there’s nothing we can do for you!!” Absolutely unacceptable and now I can see why the reviews are so horrible. First and last! Would rather pay 3 times as much for a haircut than waste my time.
