Paid for a full/ all over cover ($69.97) and Tiana only colored the top of my head. I wanted the old highlights colored so that did nothing for me! The I told her I wanted highlight s but DO NOT GIVE ME RED TINTS. So…I came out with RedFlaming hair on top and my old brown hair and highlights on the bottom of my hair. My 1st visit was okay. Was told if I had a color and cut it would be around 64 dollars the next appt. So scheduled my appt with Lisa Olive. The next visit I came in for a trim and got a 1 color brown foil. When I checked out I was charged 104 dollars. I said , for a trim end a one color foil? I even had a coupon. I did not have a base coat. And they said yes. So I came home upset as I’m a senior citizen and live off of my social security each month. And my family told me cancel my next trim. So I did. Talked to Heather and she said its been over a month and why am I calling now after all this time. Well, I’ve been out of town. She said they would have to look at my hair and said I probably got a base coat to pay that much so I knew it would be a waste of my time as they were already calling me a liar. Im 63 yrs old and a Christian. I don’t lie but I will never go back to a facility that over charges their clients and doesn’t tell them ahead of time of the charges.

Showed up at 9 a. M. When they open, they opened up about five minutes after and they were two people with appointments waiting in there were two stylists. I was told my way probably about 10 minutes and they didn’t even start cutting the people’s hair till 15 minutes after… Then was told I what do you have a text message when they were ready for my haircut and nobody ever texted me.
