I went to this salon, because it was open Sunday, my hair was a wreck, and nobody could get me in. They were able to accommodate last minute. Savanna was my stylist. I knew I needed color, highlights, and a cut. I told Savanna that I wanted a change, showed her a pic, and told her she could take liberties, and I’ll trust her judgment to make me pretty. And WOW, she delivered!! She was friendly and asked questions to ensure I would be happy with the final outcome. We got rid of a lot of grey, gave me a great color with dimension and highlights, and took probably close to 6 inches off. I knew my hair is not easy to do. It’s fine, but, there is a lot of it. Very thick. And it was very long. My mom was a hair dresser and owned a salon, many years ago. I’m aware my hair, my experience with a mother in the field, and my lack of knowing what I want can make me a nightmare. NOT FOR SAVANNA. She helped me decided the perfect hair color and cut for me. First, I need to preface my comments with the fact that I am a very, very fussy client to any hairstylist. I informed Tricia that I was very fussy and would be checking every last detail of my cut. Tricia agreed to take me on as a client knowing this and up until now everything has been fine. I have been going to Tricia here for about a year or so. She has been terrific and very understanding about my fussiness. She does a great cut, so if you go to her, stick with her, just don’t be fussy about the final result. I am a paying client and every time I have gotten a cut from Tricia it turns out fine and it all grows back again anyway. I can only think that lately Tricia has been overworked or just plain tired. I told her this last time that she wasn’t cutting it the same way as before and she proceeded to snap at me, claiming that I am always fussy. Well, Tricia does not have to worry any longer. I will not be back to cause her grief. And by the way, I never raised my voice at her. I gave 4-stars because Tricia is a terrific haircutter, but I dropped the 5th star because of her attitude.
