As a stylist you’re suppose to have some knowledge on all texture hair. If not, make the person aware. She kept suggesting things to avoid finishing my hair. I left disappointed. I don’t know who my stylist was because she never told me her name. She wasted 1/2 my day and overcharged me because she went over her time slot and didn’t want to get in “trouble” by her manager. What I wanted was simple, something my 5 year old could comprehend. Wash, trim, blow dry no style. 70.00 bucks for nothing.

This is the worst hair salon ever! Not even worth a star. My husband wanted a medium fade and the guy who cut his hair cut it all the way to the top around 4-5in making him look like freaking bald. I have had nothing but a great experience every time that I come to the salon. The staff are so nice and the prices are so reasonable. When I go out in public and people ask me where I get my hair done they never believe me. Ms. Shirley is always explaining to me what she is doing every step of the way and she never makes me feel like my opinion does not matter. This ladies do such a great job and the customer is always first.

Nisha is a really cool manager and I was finally able to go in and get a trim the other day from their hair stylist Lexi. She was really nice and it was done really quickly as well. There were no other clients so I was able to have her full attention since she was the only one working. It’s a very clean and friendly environment. There’s also no tax on the cuts either. I ran a little late since I had to close my store but I let her know before hand so she was very understanding about it. I tipped her 5 bucks because she was very fast and informed me they wet your hair because it’s easier to cut since it makes your hair unfurl of you have curly or wavy hair. She only took two inches off. My hair is uneven from a previous time cutting it and she was able to even it out some more. Highly recommend.
