It was horrible . I went for a color touch up. I had to go in Walmart to buy a color and was then told it would be deducted from my price. She had the dryer to hot. She burned me what felt like a million times with the flat iron. When I told her she acted like it was just my hair. My head didn’t stop burning until I got home. Later I had a scab near my hair line. To add insult to injury she charged me $125 just for hair color. I didn’t pay that much when I got it cut or colored by previous stylists. Her name was Tan I think. When I asked her did she take off for the color I bought in the store, she stated she didn’t charge me for the conditioner. I was ripped off. I will not ever go back as long as she is there. Make sure you get the price before She does anything.

I made an appointment with a gentleman arrived on time only to wait 20 minutes and when I tell him I am leaving he ask can I just wait a minute with an attitude. The older colored woman working there completely and very badly messed up my friends hair so bad that it looked like person with an illness that causes him to lose hair in certain splotches through out his entire head therefore we left only to pay another person $25 to fix her mistake, maybe the problem was due to the smell of alcohol on her breath with her nasty attitude to begin with. We will never be back and we will let everyone we possibly can to never do business at this hair salon.

Horrible experience . Let an older lady cut my hair . Asked for. A bob where it should’ve been shorter in the back and longer in the front and she cut my hair way shorter than what I asked her to . Now I am stuck with it . If your unaware of how to do something let your customer know, instead of just trying to get the money . Or, if their hair is not strong enough to get the style that they are asking for let them know before cutting their hair .Was also stuck under the dryer after my hair was dried so that she could do someone else’s hair . When straightening my hair , she used so much grease in my hair leaving it stiff and oily looking . She also tried to bump my ends or curl them underneath which is also something I didn’t ask for , I guess to try to hide how short she had cut my hair .Don’t go . Or be prepared to get something you didn’t ask for .

The service is great and my girls and I love Natasha(forgive me if I spelled it wrong) but these prices are getting ridiculous. I used to bring them every two weeks. Now I can only afford to bring them on special occasions and even then the prices seem to go up every time. $57 if you get more then 12 braids on a child. Nope can’t do it.
