I had been here before. The woman who took me then was lovely. She was the only one working on Sunday and she had no issues asking me if I wanted to wait or come back at an open time. She was Respectful and kind, I wish I remembered her name. Today, I checked the business online before going down because I didn’t want to be rude and walk in if they were slammed. It said there was no wait and there was a full list of empty appointments. I booked an appointment online because I wanted to be sure that I was checked in before I came and I left my house. Waiting wasn’t ever going to be an issue. The woman working, Tiffany, went off on me about how the online bookings are just check-ins and she booked all day. She doesn’t understand why the website does that. Whatever is was- her tone, her body language- all of it was angry and it was directed at me. It’s pretty early and I’m tired, but she was incredibly rude. I would have waited and been fine, but seriously, don’t get mad at a customer for not knowing. I try to be considerate. I certainly won’t wait for you to fit me in after you came at me like that and I definitely won’t go back if Tiffany is working.

Ally/Alyssa has seen both my kids on separate occasions (15 & 9 yrs old), was great with both of them, chatting & joking a bit which definitely helped my oldest relax a bit. Ally was great at listening to what my kids wanted as far as the haircut but also looking to me (more so for the youngest) to ensure perhaps it was okay or that she understood correctly (youngest wanted quite a bit cut off).

This the worse salon ever. I booked online at 1100 for 300. When I got there Alyssa told me I couldn’t get service until after 5. I simply asked why it said open at 3 online and she snapped rudely at and told me not to raise my voice at her. I wasn’t upset just simply asking a question. I take my whole family the – 5 of us. I do security for a bank and she would be escorted out if she ever acted that way at our branches. We won’t be back

Two hours before close I looked online and saw the wait time was “0 minutes” and decided against checking in since there was clearly no need. Arrived in person within 10 minutes and was told they were booked up. I said online said there was no wait. Was told they don’t have an online system. Then when I said there was, the story changed to “It said 0 minutes because you didn’t check in”. Not worth the effort. Go somewhere else. If I could, I would give the equivalent number of stars for the number of minutes listed in the wait time online.

I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment with Aimee. She gave me highlights to help transition to going naturally gray, which is a big deal to me. She helped me choose a shampoo that will keep my hair from yellowing. All the staff is very kind, thoughtful, easy to communicate with, & answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Aimee, & just from what I observed, all the other staff, as well. I will return to this salon next time I’m in town. Keep up the good work girls! And God bless you.

Critical: ProfessionalismI called an made an appointment 2 days ago and was scheduled for noon today. The lady (I’am assuming the manager) came over to the door and asked what I was there for. I told her I had a noon appointment. Just as soon as I finished my sentence she snapped at me that they didn’t have a noon appointment. I told her I had called 2 days ago and they had set me an appointment for noon today (Friday). She went and snatched the appointment book and said “What’s your name? I said Jennifer. She said look there isn’t anything for noon!” She acted as if I was lying about making an appointment which was really starting to infuriate me. Then she told me well that girl called in sick. That’s not my fault we can’t do anything about it we’re busy. I then told her well I really appreciate that…I had to work my schedule around this appointment, thanks a lot and walked off!
