Young lady was by herself and unable to manage appointments in person or with online scheduled appointments. At first she said she could do a cut and then a color after looking at schedule and then said she was unable to do either for us or the scheduled online appointment who came after us. She was overwhelmed and seemed to just turn us all away and was not even confident she could do the coloring herself for the other lady. She definitely needs more confidence, hands on work and help. I felt bad for her. She needs more training before being left alone

I would like to edit my post. Corporate reached out to me with an explanation which I understand. Still unacceptable but in these times commonly unavoidable. However, I was able to get my hair cut. It was done by Jessica and she was amazing! She did a great job, was very friendly, took her time, and I enjoyed my experience with her. I will use her from now on if at all possible.

Waited 40 minutes then she seeks off to the bathroom for another 15 minutes. Told her in advance that we prolly need to bleach it but she colors it anyway first and then charges me 125 dollars. I got there at 10 and the lady upfront told me to return at 11. I was fine with it so I went into Walmart to shop. Got back to them at 10:55. They had about 4 people seated and then the blond lady proceeds to tell that me it would be after lunch. I turned them down. I was there first and expected to wait 2 + hours.
