I called and talk to Shameka and clearly stated I wanted her weave taken out and fixed for my daughter she charged me $110 because they said they thought I wanted her to have it put in so they charged me a cancellation fee I would not come to this place they are very rude and are not helpful at all Do NOT USE Make sure you know what the prices before you sit in the chair. It was disgusting the way they treated me!!!! Never again 109$ for a shampoo and trim ridiculous

I have been using this place for over 4 years. Stopped going because I knew they changed management decided to give it a try. Before my appointment I stopped in to make sure they had me down, the employee stated yes and told me that it was going to cost 84 dollars for a shampoo blow dry and flat iron. I responded with that’s ridiculous I have never paid more than 34. She then became rude and said this is her only job and she has to make money. Then compared them to Ultra and JCPenney which is funny because I did end up going to Ultra and paid 36 dollars. I will be calling corporate this place has gone down hill and I will never return.

My daughter went here for a shampoo, cut and blow dry. They charged her $65 because they said it was a detailed cut. It is just a short cut with layers. I have never been charged extra for this before. If they were going to charge extra then they should have told her before the haircut and how much it would cost. We won’t be back. Haircut

I really needed a new makeover, it’s been 7 months since I went to a hair salon . I’ve been through a depression,my mom passed away this year I don’t really take care of my hair like I should,today after I decided it’s the “Day” .Mrs Renatrel took care of me and my hair ..I feel like a brand new woman. I give 2 stars cause the guy was very calm with my 5 year old. But I only give 2 because it was $54 for a 5 year old. She didn’t get a shampoo or a style she literally only got a cut for $54! I asked for a kids cut if they no longer have “kids cuts” and it was going to be that much they should have a sign or tell you up front!!! I won’t be going back.

We did not get our hair washed- just a trim…When I went to pay the bill it was $105 with two hair products ($28). When I asked why it was so much I was told it was an additional $10 per cut because our hair is just below our shoulders and $20 more per cut because of our texture. I have never been charged an additional 30 to the $18. I feel like I got ripped off.
