Never have any issues here, the wait time can be lengthy depending on when you come in but that’s to be expected, my family only gets our hair cut by Jonathan and we can’t complain. Very good with kids, from the moment you sit down you can expect to be finished within 15-20 minutes. I’d recommend coming here and I highly recommend Jonathan as your stylist.

I was really happy and really excited until I got home and realized my hair was square and my curls where practically completely gone. I’ve spent the last hour crying because I hate it so much, I know it’s just hair and it grows back, but as short as it was cut it will take what’s going to feel like forever to get back to the length it was, and it wasn’t even that long to begin with. I’m super upset and am really hoping I can find a way to hide my hair until it grows back. They did do really good on my sisters hair though but hers was a simple trim and blow out, my hair however was suppose to be like a reference I showed and my hair is nothing like it. I wish I could turn back the clock and just not go at all.

Wow very rude nothing like the ladies there in the past which were so genuine and friendly and cared about how to help people . Wanting to way over charge and called me a liar when I explained the 2022 prices on their website wanted to charge at least three times more and told me I was wrong about the advertised price and then laughed at me. I went here after using a dye that was sticking and pulling my hair out! The stylist Tyra was booked for the day but after seeing what had been done she was able to fit me in. I am very thankful for what she did and she saved my hair from anymore damage!!! I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much!!!

She was very helpful and after leaving I recommended her to a few of my friends. During the whole process she was extremely helpful, honest, upbeat happy attitude and just all around wonderful. sure, just unhappy people posting google reviews. I am giving the salon 5 stars. Got my daughters hair relaxed this afternoon and Pam did it the second time. She’s treating her, like she’s her own daughter, is caring and doing a great job. She would never cut an inch more off of her hair as asked for, unless its necessary. There was some misunderstanding with our appointment today and the team did everything to satisfy us and got us in and out quickly. The prices are great and i will definitely go back!

She styled my curls the opposite way they were supposed to be going and I ended up looking ridiculous in all of my photos. I explained to her I came in yesterday and made the appt with the manager. She was not able to squeeze me in. I just needed a cut. Trim and a few layers. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.
