I made an appointment online for my daughter. When I arrived no one greeted me and it was about 4 women talking while another lady was getting her hair done. 3 of those women worked there and said they where off and they can do my daughters hair bc they where “off” and the one that was actually working was sitting in a chair doing her customers hair. This location is horrible, no professionalism, tacky and rachet.

I went to have my hair highlighted for the $45 advertised price. The highlights were not done as they should have used foil, my whole head was stripped of color and was a bright yellow after this was done. My hair is also fried and no amount of conditioner relieves this dryness. The entire cost came up to be $87.97. Am happy about this butchering of my hair? Absolutely not and I will never darken their doors again.

The WORST! I was told on Saturday by Ashley at the (Bobby Jones location) that I would be put on the schedule for a hair style on Monday. I call on my way to the appointment and there is no one on the shop. The manager Jenine was rude and nasty saying it’s not her fault…but it is!! This is your salon and I should have been contacted. I WOULD NOT REFER MY DPG HERE with responses like that! If you looking for quick and helpful service…GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Not very Customer friendly. Went there to get my 13yr old hair done. Was not greeted. After approx 2-3 mins waiting around finally approached to see what was needed. Asked about getting services done. Lady then proceeded to tell me it would take her to long to cut daughter’s hair in a bob. Said it would take at least 30 mins & they closed @ 6pm. **It was only 4:50pm***. Only 1 other client in salon & she claimed she was too busy. I left & walked around Walmart to buy a few things but by the time I was checking out (approx 20mins later) she had the gates closed. Smh. I will take my business elsewhere. My first & last time here.

Never going back! Went to get my hair dyed, show a picture of the color and she says absolutely I can do it. She informs me that it would take a while because of the process. I was ok with that. Initially, I was the only one scheduled for her. They were booked all day. People started coming in asking questions and she was turning them down, next thing I know, she was in between me and 4 other people which 2 didn’t have appointments. She bleached my hair, dyed it, toned my roots, seeped condition it, for it to come out completely different from what I showed her. This is what I wanted, it came out orange in some areas and bright red in others. When it came down for her to style it, she started brushing it from the top.. extremely rough and that part felt really rushed because of the other 4 people she had.

I went in to get a trim done on a Sunday at 5 (they closed at 6) and was turned away in the rudest way possible. I asked if she had any appointments open, and she just responded with “I’m closing soon, and I have just her (another customer) in here for a trim.” When I asked if that meant that yes, she does have time, she said “No, you can go to the one in Evans” and I’m really glad I did.
