Critical: QualityIt seems to be a trend with this salon that if you show up near closing time (3 or 4 hours before closing mind you), you probably won’t get the full great service you were wanting. I understand nothing can be perfect, but I would argue a certain “cut” should be able to be performed by state approved professionals such as cosmetologists. Unfortunately, both the color and the cut was not up to standard. It seems to be a trend with this salon that if you show up near closing time (3 or 4 hours before closing mind you), you probably won’t get the full great service you were wanting. I understand nothing can be perfect, but I would argue a certain “cut” should be able to be performed by state approved professionals such as cosmetologists. Unfortunately, both the color and the cut was not up to standard. And for this reason, I’m out.

Critical: ProfessionalismIf you are going to have regulation that people cannot have their kid with them then you need to tell customers this when they call to make an appointment. A simple hey make sure you have a mask and come by yourself because no one is allowed to come back but you would be good to tell people. Called set up an appointment and came down and wasted my time and gas money because I still did not get my haircut. Had to bring my daughter with me and could not bring her in. Was told well there are notes and signes posted on the door. I didn’t walk up to make an appointment I called so it is kind of hard to see the signs posted up through the telephone. If you are going to have regulation that people cannot have their kid with them then you need to tell customers this when they call to make an appointment. A simple hey make sure you have a mask and come by yourself because no one is allowed to come back but you would be good to tell people.
