Typical no customer service snotty attitudes from 25-year-old kids who wants to remind me that they have appointments on their way that are not even in the building and could not cut my hair but I could wait 15 to 30 minutes with nobody sitting there to get my haircut absolutely ridiculous typical young people these days don’t care and no extra effort whatsoever! Online appointment sit there with 2 kids for over 1 hour. When I got there I knew I was earlier my appointment was originally at 5:00. But the lady told me that was fine have a seat the next available stylist would be with me. My appointment time 5:00 gets here I’m not complained. The lady with the green hair is the one that told me I was checked in and would be next at 5:00 she goes and gets another woman to tell me they don’t have time for me today. It would be 6:00 or 6:30 if I so wanted to wait. I booked this appointment at 11:30 12:00 online. To waste my gas to waste my time to be told online booking over book them but yet they were accepting walking and sent me away this has happened to me twice and the Commerce Georgia location. I sat there I watched the hair stylist with the green hair on her cell phone taking pictures of a client getting the client’s phone number also watching the other people come in and just walking around to see what’s going on it was not even working they were three stylists not working for over 35 minutes. I think that this is a sorry excuse for a business and then I asked for the corporate number no one can give it to me no one knows anything

I went for a haircut and style. Well the young lady obviously didn’t know how to cut bangs. We both realized they were not right and she went to ask the manager to come help her fix them. Well she said to try to fix them herself and I was like uh no. She did come out and try to fix them but today I tried to style my hair and they look awful.
